As guest speaker GEOFF HAWKINS explains….It is about soil and its importance not only to plants but to the biodiversity in our gardens and to the health of our planet. We will look at soils and what they contain and what they need to produce healthy plants and see what we can do as gardeners to help. I am a retired head gardener\, l looked after a 30 acre estate for 35 years. I have been involved in adult education and was a regular ‘expert’ on an LBC gardening programme for over 12 years.\nBWGC
