Denmead Horticultural Society are holding their open meeting on Tuesday 5th May from 7.15 pm, when the speaker Ian Margetts presents “Mustard to Mint” growing peppermint and other essential oils, cereal farming, a little on the history of modern agriculture and the environment work we do on the farm and estate.
All are welcome, entrance fee £2.00. Raffle. Doors open at 7.15pm – refreshments (donation) before the talk which starts at 7.30pm.
