Shrubs, the backbone of your garden. An illustrated talk presented by Geoff Hawkins, retired head gardener for a private estate near Alton. He has a wide knowledge of all aspects of horticulture. Visitors welcome £5 entrance fee. Contact: brockhorticulture@yahoo.co.uk
Simon and Liz have built the garden from a 15 acre site of an old farm. The garden design is a mixture of formal and informal sections. The formal gardens are influenced by Hidcote, The Laskett and the writings of
Carnivorous Plants.
Talk by Gwynne Davies entitled 'Spring bulbs for the garden'. Refreshments, plant sales and a raffle. Non-members £3.

This month Malcolm Calvert will join us to share his enthusiasm and skills raising and caring for alpines and house plants. Free to members and guests are welcome for just £3.00 which includes a hot drink and biscuits.
